What Makes Us Different From Other Property Managers?

Trio Property Management Inc (Trio) has been a member of the National Association for Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) since the day the company began in 2004. NARPM® is the premier professional association currently representing more than 5,200 real estate professional members who know first-hand the unique challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. Being a NARPM® member sets Trio apart from other property managers because unlike many of them, NARPM® members have access to numerous educational opportunities as well as adhere to the highest Standards of Professionalism and Code of Ethics. In addition to membership, members can earn designations to continue to set them apart as outstanding in their field. Jason and Jennifer Evans are the only NARPM® Professional Members in Lane County to have earned the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation and are 2 of the 8 total RMP® designees in the state of Oregon. Read below for more information on how the RMP® designation is earned.
