Field Agent
Trio Property Management Inc. is looking to add the right person to our team! Here at Trio, we pride ourselves in customer service and doing the right thing. The person we are looking for will demonstrate excellent customer service as well as be a self starter and a team player. Although this position is mainly a field position, communications with the rest of the team will be frequent. The perfect candidate does not need to have experience in Property Management, as we will train, but we prefer someone who meets the following qualifications.

Job Duties:
-
Schedule walkthrough appointments with tenants (Between 9-5 M-F) This might be flexible to evenings and weekends.

Document Tenant conversations

Drive to and from appointments and office

Perform and document walkthroughs with tenants

Report any habitability issues to Property Manager immediately

Attend Staff Meetings
-
Walkthrough and document vacant properties to check for readiness
Pay: $15-$17 DOE
Office Hours: M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
