As the situation with COVID-19 continues to unfold around the world many things are still uncertain. We want to make sure you know that in this unsettling time we are working and taking care of our clients and tenants the best way we know how. Trio Property Management Inc. is still operational during this time, as property management appears to be an essential service under the Stay Home, Save Lives order sent out by Governor Brown. We are taking the necessary precautions to continue with business in ways that comply with the order. Luckily for Trio and our clients we have systems and processes that were already part of our business model that have allowed us to keep working and adapt fairly quickly to this changing world.
Moving forward we will be making adjustments as more information becomes available. We are continuing to work hard to make sure tenants and properties are taken care of in the same standard that Trio clients have become used to. What this means for you now is that business is to be mainly conducted by phone and email. We may take in-person appointments, with the six foot distancing rule, when it is absolutely necessary.
