- Read Trio’s Application Criteria that is located in the link below labeled “Application Criteria” to save you time and money.
- Some properties have pet restrictions. You will find that information in the “Property Description”. Detailed pet criteria is listed in the “Pet Criteria” link below.
- If a property is available for viewing, click “Schedule a Showing” on the listing.
- All applicants, regardless of whether they have pets, no pets, service animals, or ESA's, are to complete a profile at PETSCREENING.COM
- This process verifies you understand the rules, rights, and restrictions surrounding animals in and on the property.
- There is no charge or deposit for applicants without animals or for those with animals verified through petscreening.com as being service or emotional support animals.

- If you are ready to apply for the property, submit a completed application by clicking “Apply Online” in the listing’s details after completing the steps listed above. You will be contacted within 24 business hours after your application is received.
