My initial experience working with Holly through the Trio rental process / application was hassle-free. Even though the average time to complete the application and approval is four days, it only took a day and a half due to Holly's immediate response after receipt of my information.

Every rental owner at some time says to themselves, “If I didn’t need the property management firm I would save a bit of money”. I of course have thought that before as well. Then nights like December 31st happen. I was at a New Year’s Eve party with my wife when I got a call from Trio Properties around 8pm. There had been a flood in one of my units and there was extensive water damage. “Great! Just what I wanted to deal with on New Year’s Eve! How the heck am I going to get a plumber at this time?” I thought to myself. Then Jason (One of the owners of Trio Properties) continued talking. He told me that he had already booked a hotel for the tenants, had already inspected the unit himself, already made sure water was no longer leaking, and had already received a quote from plumbing and restoration crews and was prepared with a projected timeline for repairs and return to occupancy. There was nothing left for me to do but go back in to the party while Jason spent the rest of his New Year’s Eve dealing with the problem.
I am writing this note on January 31st. Exactly a month later. I am going through my statements to prepare for taxes. I see that a dishwasher seal had begun leaking and was replaced in September. I didn’t know until now about the toilet flush valve and the weather seal on the front door of Unit C. I guess the Trio crew has been at work for me all year while I was busy running my own business. Nicely done Trio.
Trio was contacted to manage my rentals a couple months ago. From the outset I felt my expectations were heard and honored, I felt we were a team with similar goals of maintaining clean, presentable rentals, respectful tenants, and good communication regarding all phases of the rental management process.

I found Trio Property Management easy and friendly to work with. Jason made it easy for me when I had to move. He made my transition so I was not so stressed to find my own tenants while finding a place of my own to move into. He put me at ease while reassuring me he would find good tenants. My experience with Jason and Trio Properties has been everything I had hoped for and more. We had a forty year property returned to us in need of a complete makeover. I called Jason early on to just ask questions. He said he would be happy to meet me at the property and help me sort through what should be done to make it rentable.
