Meet The Trio Team

Locally owned and family operated, Trio Property Management Inc. was created by three individuals with a passion for providing quality service and improving the condition of rental properties in the area.  The management team of Trio Property Management has several decades of combined operation and management experience. 

Mary Jeanne Jacobsen, RMP

Starting over 3 decades ago, first with personal real estate investments, then a master’s degree in business, Mary Jeanne Jacobsen started and nurtured a local property management company that developed into a highly respected and successful business.  Over that time she developed a solid reputation for honest, smart management. Mary Jeanne believes in providing top quality management services to investors, and well-maintained properties to the local rental market. Her dedication to the field of property management and excellent service to the community is unsurpassed.

Membership in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since the late 80's, an association of real estate professionals, the premier trade association that promotes high standard of business ethics and professionalism, sets Mary Jeanne apart from others in the business.  NARPM members strive to raise the quality of property management through education, legislation and networking.  Mary Jeanne, Eugene Chapter Past President, is one of only a select number of property management professionals in the country and the only one of the three local NARPM members with the advanced educational designation of Residential Management Professional (RMP).

With over 30 years of providing outstanding, trustworthy and consistent services to each and every client, Mary Jeanne has created and maintained long-term client relationships with owners locally, throughout the country, and the world.  “With the line-up of excellent talent at Trio, the most recent company with which I am involved, we are well positioned to offer you my leadership and pioneering experience in the industry, all done in a setting where peace of mind, freedom from worry, and a reliable cash flow to the property owner are what we offer.”  Now with the Trio Property Management team of Jason and Jennifer Evans, the company is seeking selective new clients who want to maximize the potential of their real estate holdings in the local market.

Jason Evans – Property Manager

Jason Evans has been with the company from its inception.  As lead Property Manager, he works closely with our owners and properties.   Jason manages the maintenance issues with our hand selected, high-quality, low-cost vendors, as well as with thoughtful planning supervises capital improvement projects.  With his attention to detail and perseverance for excellence, he overseas the monthly owner reports to accurately reflect the owner’s monthly bottom line. 

Jennifer Evans - Office Manager

Working in management since the early 90’s, Jennifer Evans brings years of organization and customer service skills to the team.   Jennifer manages the operational side of the business; rent collections, advertising properties, processing new tenants, and the myriad of paperwork associated with the property management business.  Most likely when you call, she will be the one to answer with her infectious energy and enthusiasm.
